BIR Short Course vid with speedo

I've seen a few threads about guys coming on August 29th and the ones possibly going on Sept. 12th to Brainerd Track. Here's what you'll see:



This is my best lap from last Monday (Aug. 29th). Granted the lap is a little sloppy it was during my first session. I've been mostly in traffic all day. Car has potential to go even a bit faster around with new sway bars I've added for this run.

I've met Jason in silver 2011 STi I'm not sure if you're on these forums or not. The other blue hatch guy I didn't get to meet cause we were in different groups, I've seen the video though you posted!

Nice driving... (1.57 lap time...nice)

1. I like the video and the inserts.... what 3 cameras are you using?
2.What mods do you have on your car...turbo, tires and suspension?
3. In the last video link at the MAP event, during the timed laps i was there too though don't remember seeing a black 07 Sti...

 

Actually, this one was around 1:55.8. i had it timed.
1. Gopro, canon dslr and canon point and shoot for speedo
2. It's just stage 2 with whiteline sways. Tires are bridgestone re11
3. I guess my black/gold with chrome lights blends in well what did u drive that day?

hahaha....i know i talked to some guy with Dslr camera at the track and also met at the duluth cruise in 09...Was this you?...could you post some pics of your car if you do not mind

 

I remember we swapped helments... must be nice for you to always steal the show and the cool pics.

To be honest I lose track very easily, just checking since the driver looked a little shorter than usual lol

Do they let you race other people, or is it a one-at-a-time deal around the track? Sweet video, btw.

 

^^ For timed laps it's one car at a time. But for open lapping, you are put in groups and have time intervals for your group session at the track. However, you can only pass a car in straights and not in turns.
