BIR times Just got home from the track. The ET's were pretty crummy, quite a bit lower than expected, but trap speed was decent. Track prep wasn't up to par, but you can't expect much on Wednesday Night drags. Best run: 2.07 - 60' 5.403 - 330' 8.101 - 1/8 mile @92.86 10.378 - 1000' 12.29 - 1/4 mile @ 122.26 mph Not sure how the trap was so high, but I'm not complaining. IT was the fastest trapping Cobra there, and the other guys have ported blowers and are putting out 70WHP more than me, go figure :dunno:, they thought I was spraying. There was a lot of wheel hop even with the tires dropped to 15psi. Maybe I'll get some IRS bushings and calm it down for a September run. I've got some pics and vids I'll post of my car and Moleness' STi rocking it tomorrow.
Though I'm not a quarter mile guy, thats very fast. Congrat's! How is BIR track surface compared to Rockfalls, does it hook up?
not on those nights, they really do no track prep. I wasn't hooking very good on the launch and was spinning in between shifts. The trap was very surprising as i said. I was trapping higher than every other cobra there and had the least amount of HP.
