Bird's eye view of 1/4 mile track in HI

Here is a helicopter view overhead of the 1/4 mile track in Hawaii. They say it's the ONLY place you can legally drive over 55 in all of Hawaii.

 

Is that on the Big Island? Because that is NOT the 1/4 mile track in Oahu.

FYI, there are a LOT of places you can legally go more than 55MPH in Hawaii.

Yup. Big Island. It was under the flight path for the Volcano tour.
