    Team,

curious if anyone on here has a blouch dominator installed in their wrx/sti?

curious if you could take me for a ride in it?

I’m considering the upgrade and would love some insight before making the jump.
    Already have supporting mods.
    Gs top mount
    1050’s
    AEM 320
    E85
    Gs ebcs

    I’d throw you a 100$ or buy you lunch/dinner.

bonus points if it’s an 08-14
Double bonus points if it’s an sti

I have essentially the same build (plus JMA Stg 2 Block) but went with a Blouch 20G-XT-R on my 2011 STi.... What is the powerband that you are looking for? If you are looking for high end power, Dominator would be the way to go, if you are looking for quick spool and lower end torque/better streetability, the smaller turbo is pretty solid. JM's dyno put me at 458/466 at 24 psi boost.

    That's spicy.

Not to get too off topic, but are you on E85 full time? Is flex fuel even possible without an aftermarket computer? I've done flex tunes with HP Tuners on both of my GM cars because it's just so easy on their factory computers. I kinda miss that capability on my WRX.

    Yeah I’m full time E85.
    Tuned by Devin at JM
    347whp /397tq.
I’ve noticed about a 30% drop in fuel efficiency (mostly because zoom zoom) but also 50% drop in cost to fill the tank compared to 93° so honestly it’s paying for itself.

honestly, I was just told it’s a night and day difference to have a higher power band. have always been a sucker for the early spool, and now I’m considering what else is out there. Figured I’d feel it before dumping 4k$ into it to find out and not like it.

Was in the process with my wrx and had the gs header installed. Driving home from that tune and hearing the rumble on that header made me feel like I was driving a civic and I absolutely hated it.

Here's my dyno sheet in case your curious. She pulls plenty well. I came from a build with similar numbers to what you have and it definitely took me a bit to get used to the power hike but have settled into it now. Could I go for more power? Sure. Do I realistically need it/justify spending the money to inevitably grenade the transmission? Probably not, especially with other vehicles that could use some attention/$$$.

Here's mine. When I read these overlayed together at first I was like oh that looks like a pretty similar power curve. Is it really worth the money for it to have a little more continuous power holding on through to the higher rpms? then I noticed that yours is set at max of 700HP and yours is 100hp higher than mine... lol.

She was spicy at first, definitely used to it now but sticky summer tires were needed.
