yeah shortthrow id recomend just posting because u never have anything good to say.. i used to ride BMX um the best thing to do would be to learnt he basics... when i raced i would get tired pretty quik so i would train on going long distances in rough terrain.. also being able to bunny hop was key.. alot of kids couldnt make it over some of the tripple jsut because they wernt strong enough.. as far as buying a bike im a firm believer in "you get what you pay for".. so any bike shop would work. just do research before u buy

As for BMX I found it really hard for me i am 5'6" and i am overall very fit, but bunny hops on the bike i used "free agent" was tricky and eventually i stopped because of an injury on a table top! now i mountain bike and thats a whole nother story!

but anyways, back on topic, since i dont ever have anything good to say, just find a reasonable bike thats good for you and just start riding, there isnt much else you can do, to start getting used to dirt and offroad stuff you can go to places like buck hill or behind gravity lab, or just some mountain bike trails cuz they usually have jumps, i dont know much about the parks and stuff, i know theres a few around town and then 3rd lair obviously, you might want to talk to some of the more knowledgable people on here like tim, he seems to know most everything.........P.S. i think mountain biking is better ;)

its not our fault your a sarcastic smart @$$..it seems like everyting you say is in one of those tones..

anyway mt biking is not neccesarily better.. either is skiing over snowboarding.. its a personall thing and he wants to get into BMX'ing.. so leave it at that.
