So how exactly would one go about finding a boost leak, I can hear it when the car is cold, once the car warms it seems to go mostly away. All parts have been installed on the car for the last almost 30K miles, and the car is all stock.

I've built a boost leak detector in the parking lot of Fleet Farm while driving at Road America. Take a pvc end cap and drill a hole in it. Put a valve stem in it. Take off your intake. Clamp the pvc cap in it. Pump it up with bike pump and listen. Be careful not to put too much pressure in your system (above 20 psi). Found mine this way.

Well I was wondering if it was indeed a boost leak before today, but today I'm, 90% sure, I can only hear the noise when I come up on boost, and so I've been watching the boost gauge, it it appears now that I'm no longer hitting full boost in third.
