Hey all, first Subaru for me but we have a couple in the family. Also, I used to own a lightly modded 1st gen Eagle Talon TSI AWD. No good pics yet but I do have one from the showroom floor. I like the car a lot so far. Already crave more power for the highway though. Downpipe and tune here I come! This model came with a couple SPT parts including exhaust and short throw shifter, also has a subwoofer but as we all know the sound system in our cars isn't the greatest. Anyway, I look forward to seeing more of what this cat has to offer, maybe I'll hit up one of those closed course events I've seen on here.
Thanks everyone for the warm welcome. I'm hoping to head over to NF Performance for a tune as soon as they can fit me into their schedule. Mods will come later, probably spring/summer.
Nuke was able to fit me in today, got to see the shop and got some great advice. Also have a Stage 1 tune now. Well worth the money. I'll be going back to NF for all my mods! Also picked up some OEM all-weather mats. Will have to be patient and get some WeatherTech mats next time around.
Be sure to 'drain' the mats. Mine over flowed with melted snow and now my car smells like wet. Going to purchase some weather techs very soon and detail the interior.
Thanks for the tip. I drained the driver's side mat. I always try to knock snow off my shoes before I get in the car but some still gets in anyway.
