Just wanting some feeback and input. I know everyone has their opinion so let's hear it.

First, let me say that I've been running cobb OTS stage 2 for far too long and I don't know how much longer I'll own this car so I'm really hesitant to throw a bunch of money at it. However, I'm anxious to do something, I just don't know what and how much.

The obvious or should I say the easiest is vf34, injectors, pump, and protune. I'm thinking that would run me around 1500-1700.

Another route I've seen a number of people go to save some money is source a good, yet used vf39, injectors, and pump. I believe I've seen this done for 800-900, plus protune or pdxtuning.

I've seen dyno charts on the vf34 around 270hp/245-50tq, and 260hp/240tq with the vf39.

what are your thoughts. Has anyone locally considered this or done this?

    thx

Pinks will be to small. I would go with some modified stock injectors, 39, pump.

    200.00
    400.00
    100.00

really pinks are too small? so is my cobb base map pushing the limits of my injectors with my vf34?

I should look and see if I can find some of my logs for injector duty cycle from before I changed mine. This ^^^ seems to be the question of the week. Way maxed out on anything near the stock STi size.

So, with modified injectors that will require an immediate tune?

OK I have the charts for stg2 STi. That is a 95% duty cycle for stock injectors.

Cause someone said it was gay! kidding

I may or may not. I just don't know yet. I will know for sure by spring. However, I have a ton of miles on it and bought it dirt cheap so I would possibly make my money back. Plus, I'm ready for the next step. i want more serious power that this car just won't be able to give me.

If you have some decent money to offer, I'll have a VF34, modded injectors and a happy Jorge protune for use on a FMIC, and an intake you could invest in ;)
