I drove all the way out to BP Morrie's this morning to find that their stupid parts department is "closed for the holidays". When my company has unusual hours we at least post it on our web site (I actually personally do that). If anyone knows their parts manager you can tell him to **** off and that he owes me 10 bucks for gas and that I'm not shopping at Morries anymore.

You SHOULD have called them. it is a holiday weekend afterall. If you are spending the time to check their website you could have easily spent even less time on the phone getting the aswer you were looking for.

Um, Morries MTKA. Go the extra mile to get the service. I'm almost certain Brian, Ben and Erik are near by today.

WTF is wrong with all you new people...

you blame others cause you are too lazy to double check yourself... maybe they should have read your mind and saw that you wanted to come over when they were closed and personally called you...

    get a fricken idea...

ps... where you work.. maybe one day I will call and see if you are so SPECIAL with your customer service?!!?!

It's just common sense to double check with a place or dept. and make sure they're open before heading out if you've never been there or use their service before.

We all don't agree that BP Subie suck just because you fail to do your part.

Yeah they suck for sure! I walked in the place today threw my keys on the counter and then get this, some yahoo jumps in my car drives off and when he finally brings it back it was all shiny and clean. And thats not it when he was washing my car everyone was pleasant and nice to me. I don't know what to do. should I ever go back to this place again? oh yeah BTW their parts dept. is closed today.

Let me get this straight...they "owe" you 10 bucks because you couldn't call ahead and see if they were open? Let me guess, it'd be their fault if they didn't have what you wanted in stock too. I got news for you...None of the Subaru dealership service/parts depts are going to be open this weekend, they typically get those days off because they're union or they follow the union schedules. Next time, do the smart thing and call ahead.

You haven't been here long, and you really should watch what you post about a company that's been a longtime supporter of the club. I would hate to see your ignorant posts be the reason that they decide to withdraw membership discounts. It's not their fault you can't call ahead, in fact I'd bet they have signs up at the dealership notifying customers of the holiday schedule. Just because they do things differently than you do doesn't make it wrong.

Pull up your big boy pants, get a clue and stop bashing because you're miffed they weren't open for you.
