Might I inquire as to what you are doing with the rear seats?

right now the rear are just sitting in the garage but i need to use the rear seat bottom as a guide to make the front part of the delete after that mostly likely will try and sell them

First i dont like having to haul people all over and i mostly got the wagon for the ability to haul stuff the problem was once the seats are down they sit up at an angle and it cuts down on the amount of stuff i can haul and also when they are up at an angle they dont look good like that. Also in the spare tire area its all divided up into multiple pieces. My goal is to make it all into one piece and and eliminate the angled area, so the rear seat area and the spare tire area all one height. For now im jsut going to make it flush with were the rear seat originaly sat. I thought about some how including a sub box into the build but money told me otherwise. I had some stuff done recently and cant work on the car now but once im over this i plan on doing a DIY with some pictures that should be up starting later next week

But then he would not have all the internal space, which is what he likely going for. I think it is a cool idea for those that have no need for the rear seats.

I'm all for that! I loved having a two seater, my last hot hatch I pulled the seat backs out after that I had an MR2. You don't get guilted into taking people all over...
I would check out custom stereo installers. When I installed my amps in the front boot of the MR2, I made a "cover" for that opening. I got the low pile that matched the trunk
from one of the suppliers we used.

i can see where some people would see it as being pointless but for me its more about not always being the driver everywhere and leaving the are for later on doing a custom sub setup

i picked up some dense foam and shaved it down and so it didnt stick out past the new floor wrapped that in carpet leaving the bottom of the carpet longer than the foam. With the carpet longer i used that to tuck under the rear seat base (rear seat bottom was used as a filler) giving it a finished look but still is 100% removable if i wanted to return to stock

That's a nice, clean job, looks great.

But why go to all that trouble to get a continuous space and then toss that strut tower bar in and break it all up?

thanks for the positive feedback guys, but the strut tower brace has i guess what you could call quick disconnect style hardware on it so when i would need to put something in the back all i have to do is remove the hardware between the strut mount bracket and the bar itself. To do that only takes about 30 seconds for both sides so its not too bad

    Looks good. Nice work.

I'd suggest some sort of mounting hardware if there isn't any already... unless they're solidly mounted to the floor, those 2 pieces look like heavy projectiles to me.

I had some concerns that they would be 2 giant projectiles like idget said but after getting the carpet wrapped the rear half is locked in there good and tight so that wouldnt be a concern but for the front half that would be a problem. So i went to home depot and fount some decent looking window latches that would pull the two pieces together. Ended up with two of them on the outer egde between the two halves. The picture above that shows the whole thing is from before i installed the latches. Heres a shot of one of the latches
