So I'm of the Less is more thought process, and I've just completed stripping out much of my 01 RS wiring harness. (the unused bits). I think I must have caught some wrong wire in the cross fire. My Diagnostic tool throws these codes at me: P0136 = o2 sensors bank 1 sensor 2 p500 = speed sensor p1540 = speed sensor can't find p 1540 or p1590 And the CEL is flashing which usually means no spark? but ran a noid over all and they're getting juice.... Thoughts? I'm 99% sure I did not touch any one of the ECM to engine wires. and I know that everything thats left in the car is plugged in
The misfire /no spark is seemingly not the problem, my exhaust is normal (no extra gas) my engine is running fine, not hard or sputery, i was pulling on the throttle cable with head under the hood and got no impressions of anything wrong..... So, the I'm assuming the speed sensor read is from my lack of ABS sensors So now I'm onto the O2. I cleared all codes with my ET50 and they still came back on a restart. My CEL is still flashing like a madman. Anyone have any other thought, I so sick of tracking wires my head hurts.
