Looking into megasquirting my ej20k, any one around ever dealt with the standalone?

I know there's a bunch of online resource, but people who have done it never seems to give you the right answers. It's like they are trying to keep a big secret!

So far I know that it's working on the 6/7 trigger and you have to do a lot of wiring! But no idea which wires go where. Maybe I'll have to look harder at my wiring diagrams!

Anyways way to go Vikes!!! Matt Kalil!!! Would've wanted Mo Claiborne too...

Have you checked out diyautotune.com? I normally contact them when I need help with my MS for my miata.

I know some one here had Nuke tune their Miata on Megasquirt. You could inquire with him.

I'm not sure what your looking for, are you trying a pnp system or are you doing a new wiring harness?

Either it doesn't really matter. PnP is a lot more research and new harness is just finding all the sensors and which pin they connect to. I'm leaning more towards the PnP kit, because I keep the merged harness and just go off of that. But a new harness would look a lot cleaner!

I may just go with a universal one and wire it in, so that whenever I do decide to go back to stock I can just use the megasquirt for another vehicle.
