How do your regrind cam specs compaire to the stock specs for a 97 2.2 SOHC? im planning on doing a 2.5 block/ 2.2 head high compression NA motor in a while and have been trying to decide if i should get cams done or not, and just want to know how the cams would be changed if i had your regrind them. thanks

 

I think Delta got some pretty nice coverage in SubieSport here a month or so ago if I am not mistaking...lots of pics showing their process as well.

+1 on the Delta's. They really helped open up my EJ22T, FWIW. They've also held up so far.

 

EJ20T heads....looking for some 272 or 280 duration cams. Can you accomodate my request? Similar to the 199-e or 199-g units from these guys http://www.camshaftshop.com/camshafts/model/ej20-non-avcs-version-5-6/24/ (sorry for plugging another company in your thread....using them for reference only)

i have a ej18 and i am thinking of getting my cams ground for some low-mid power, do you have any applications for this engine?
