Can any one do this?

    This j, dump, down, etc.. pipe from a Nissan Turbo motor. Is the same to a T28 which i have... I need a new/better down pipe. The one and only problem is... Nissans turbos turn down. My turbo faces up... So i ask... does anyone think they can help me cut the pipe at the flange. And either flip it and re weld it... Or reweld something new...
