You can use a line out converter or something similar

it's easy... you just need to tap a line out converter (as said before) into any of the existing wire running to your speakers... just pull the factory reciever out and figure out what wires to splice... then run a remote turn on wire for the amp to any power source that turns on when the car is on... you can use the hot wire on your cigarette lighter if you can't find anything else

Definitely replace the head unit. My god does it sound bad. When I threw my alpine in, it was a night/day difference even with the stock speakers in yet.

I have a set of Cadence 6.5" components and an Orion amp I have yet to install for over a year:roll: I just need to get some sound dampener and I will install them. But I never remember to order any:hsugh:

But yeah, a new hu will make a HUGE difference. But if you're worried about theft...
