Ladies and Gents... I'm looking for a car camera mount. I would prefere something that I could use internally and externally.

Here's one that Jordy mention to me, that I'm considering but I'm open for any other suggestions http://www.stickypod.com

I know Chong mention one to me awhile ago... Chong, come again?

    Vic,

What I like about this one is its tiny, cheap to replace, does not weight alot so the pictures are nicer, and they have a wide varity of accessories. You should definitely checkout the videos on the site.

If you get this cam, I wanna do my own personal vid as well. :D

Let make some money with this car cam idea; lets get a good driver like yourself and than get a not so good drive like example: Jordan. And we'll try and sell him one of the best racing video's with footages of himself going 140mph at CBIR passing all the EVO's, Vette's and Honda's on turn 1 in his Super fast A4 with you driving. He'll be soo happy that he'll be brag'n it too all his friends that this was him. And pretty soon we'll have all his friends money too. :D

    C

I hope he does not read this til Friday, cuz I'm gonna see him tomorrow, and he may just kill me.

Chong, don't worry about Jordy... he can't beat you on the circuit nor any foot race. All he's got going for him is his admin rights over this web site to over rule our posting... so post whore away :D j/p (doesn't stand for just playing... stands for jordy price)

What I really need is just the bracket that holds the camera. I notice the camera they are selling is analog but I have a digital cam that I would like to use it with. I will do some more research on thier site as well... Do you have any friends that has bought this unit? I'd like to hear their opinion too.

Here's something similar to what Jordy's got for his car cam:

I think this is exactly what he's got though:

I bet you could get a group buy going for one of those CruiseCam seat-mounted units. I'd be interested in one and if you post to the AARRF forum I bet there's a few people there who would want one. Also some over at MNSC. Site says they discount for 10 or more and I'm sure we could round up more than that. They're not that expensive to begin with so you wouldn't have as many "maybe"s with it.

    Just an idea...

LOL!! Wow.. I be getting a lot of abuse :-p

Guys, the wife is still sick, I don't know if I'll be able to come out tonight! (I wasn't planning on running either way since the tires on my car are literally falling apart after a long life of abuse)

Is there another one coming up soon? I'm ordering tires next week.

i sell the ball head in that image, and similar product.
i,ve been playing with the idea of mounting a camera in the front lip...

the headrest deal wont work on the sti, for inside shots, if you wanted to go crazy, you could pull the dash, install a ball head w/ quick release and mount the thing up there...

kinda ugly when you are not using it though..
