I'm having problems with my financial company paying off for my 05 Subaru WRX STI. I purchased the car at Bloomington's BMW dealership listed for 19k with 85000 miles on it. I downed 10k on the car with a 4 year financing. I've owned it for 8 month as my daily and now it has 99000 miles on it and going up fast. The issue I'm having with my financial company is that their withdrawing twice the amount that I'm paying for a month and this is the second time. I'm just irritated with the situation and don't know what to do. I want to return the car but I don't know if the dealership will take it back. when i purchased it they did say that the car is eligible for a return. This is my first car I've ever purchased at a dealership with this situation. what options so I have?

Um, call your financial provider and bring the error to their attention?

I'd chew them out. Threaten to sue if they do it again.

I would assume that it is just a computer error. As far as return highly unlikely. I use to be a sales manager for an Acura dealership in CO. 7 days maybe. Some now do miles or 30 days. 8 months and 14k miles not a chance. Like the others have said, call the bank. The dealership really has nothing to do with the finance company other then being a middle man to get you the deal. Good luck.

Yeah, the finance company is just a bank. And if they are messing with your money, you call them and rip their ****. Threaten them. This is your bread we're talking about here. You know what your car payment should be. If they are taking more than that, you call them up and get in their face. Make demands too. Swear alot. I'm willing to bet they will come up with some way to not only make it right, but also to make you not want to raise hell on their phone system again. Be sure to mention that if YOU were to screw up a payment to THEM, that THEY would **** YOU till your anus was the size of the St. Louis archway.

Actually, I caution against using vulgarity and threats. They can actually contact local police if you're making terroristic threats. Also, they are allowed to hang up if you are being overly profane. The thing of it, though, is that most agents have such low shelf-of-steems that they will usually just take it until you vent yourself out.

So you set up some kind of auto payment, and it is taking double the amount, so you want to return the car?

Sounds like you have an issue that you need to resolve with the bank. If you don't want the car any longer, look into selling it.

I was having trouble following his logic too.

To the op, call the bank and let them know what's happening. Not sure why you let it go this long without contacting them...they have no clue anything is wrong. They just assume that you're paying your loan down quicker by doubling payments. I'm sure all it will take is re-setting up your auto-payment. Oh, and I'd advise against calling and yelling...it's happened twice now and you still haven't alerted anyone. You can't get mad at someone for not fixing something if they had no idea it was broken...
