I some questions about the OEM SUB.

If I have an OEM sub attached to an OEM 6 cd stereo and I want to replace the stereo with an aftermarket faceplate, will I be able to plug the sub right in?

Is there something I need to look for when looking for the new head unit?

    Anything else?

If you are asking if the sub will plug right into the back of the new deck no it will not! U will more than likely have to loose it unless you go through and find the wire to power up your stock amp.

What are you looking for in a radio?? Built in 6 disc like stock?? (pioneer) do you sound quality? do you want ipod connection?? do you want dvd or navi?? Just a few things to bounce off and have you think about.

I have the sub under my seat and installed a differnt head unit and my sub still works with no problem so you should still be able to use the sub!

Yes, you can use the factory sub. It is just a piggy back off the factory wiring, before it plugs into the radio. I have done this.
