Cat vs Catless

    I think it's time to get a better sounding exhaust on my daily driver, 2017 STi. I do want to increase horse power but I'm more vainly interested in the great STi growl. I used to own a Catless WRX that I loved. It made the crackles and growl we all love. Do I need to go Catless to get the crackles back?

    I would assume so. More unburnt fuel going down through the exhaust without the cats. Crackle-crackle-pop!

    ...and a fix for the 02 sensor unless you want your engine constantly throwing codes at you
