So with all the mods people have on this forum... how many of you have actually retained your cats or at least 1 cat??? I just removed my last one!! (sssssshhhhh) so am running NO cats... wanted to see how it affected anything... no changes noticed so far...
cats are for lamers j/k, actually sometimes I wish I had gotten the high-flow cat section so my car wouldn't smell like a motorboat.
you can see by the responses to your thread about how many ppl actually have cats. cats are the worst invention ever...unless you care about the environment or something stupid crap like that.}}

How much are they, like $1500 I was told. Not sure but that would suck.
Yeah, you've gotta really go out of your way to make things personal for law enforcement to impound your car and test it for emissions. Just because the general emissions testing is gone doesn't mean we did away with the EPA laws governing emissions control devices. Helps to have a standalone ECU to run catless. Then you don't have to worry about all those CEL things or your O2 sensors giving you crap. And amazingly I still run closed-loop. Is the only real advantage of that catless being the better fuel economy or what? edit: last line referring to running closed-loop...
i still have all my cats, all three of em (i think, or is it two). anywho that may or maynot change by the end of the summer

I took mine out for fun to see how it changed the car.. no real difference but the fuel economy may be better... may put it back in.. problem is mine is a business car so the fine would be more like $10000... ha hah wife would not be happy... may put it back in soon.. we'll see.. ha ha ha
When I switch pipes I am going to stay with a highflow cat, because the amount of power increas is insignificant to the amount of pollution/smell. Maybe it is because I am an environmental engineer specilizing in air quality too....
