So now that I've gone to the Dtec from the GM boost solenoid I have this cel and I know its due to nothing being plugged into the stock solenoid connector. So question is do I

    1. Have Clark turn the code off when he turns my tgv cel's off? (is there any potential harm in just shutting this code completely off?)

    2. Plug the GM boost solenoid back in but just not connect it to anything and secure it elsewhere in the engine bay?( will plugging the gm solenoid back into the plug but nothing else screw with my dtec or ecu?)

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!

    Wastegate low input.

So, you're getting tuned? If so, just have the tuner re-tune the WGDC's and turn off the CEL.

I've already been tuned. We forgot to turn off the cel's on the Clark tune day. Clark said just to e-mail him the codes and he'd change my map and e-mail both my pump and race gas back to me with them turned off. My concern about this code is what are the hazards of turning it off completely - ie could something else set this code off that I should know about and also if I plug the gm solenoid back in and zip tie it somewhere out of the way are any of the signals going to get mucked up. I read on nasioc than you can plug your stock solenoid back in but unfortunately I never got mine back.

It won't hurt anything to turn off the code.

Even if it worked...would you drive your car on a long enough trip to need it?
