Man.. it's impossible to get a decent priced hood here. Dealer wants a ton of money and I just want a decent hood. Certifit has the hood but how would the fit be? Anyone here have a certifit hood on? I know their bumpers are a horrible fit but their thin fenders weren't that bad. I'm guessing their hoods might be alright. Let me know what you guys think?

it's 224 for the hood. I also found an ebay vendor from IL with 282 for a brand new wrx hood with free shipping. Sounds awesome but im just wondering the fit.

if it's local pickup, bring a magnet.
WRX hood should be aluminum... knock offs have been made of steel in some cases.

I think that you should call over to Morries and talk to Brian or Eric and find out what they can do for you. I can tell you first hand that people who don't demand OEM pieces on their Lexus vehicles have ****ty looking repairs that NEVER fit right, and that just compounds the fact that you now own a wreck. Sortafit **** is just that; it "sorta" fits. Also, with these hoods I would be a little more cautious since there is a big ass hole in them, and I'm not sure that aftermarket hoods would have all of the same bracing that the OEM does.
