Since I gong to miss out on the LAX cruise.:emo: I was wondering if everyone or some, wanted to plan a fall cruise? I would be willing to help plan if needed. So if you would be interested please add some ideas for places, food, games or what have you.
We do a cruise to Duluth every year.... http://mnsubaru.com/forums/showthre...ise-09-Offical-Thread?highlight=duluth+cruise http://mnsubaru.com/forums/showthre...C-Duluth-Trip-Oct-4-5?highlight=duluth+cruise A couple threads to reference. Once LAX is over we will begin discussing the Fall Cruise(s).
Right on, sounds like a fun drive. I know that area well, as I go to Moose Lake a lot since my uncle owns land up there. I will have to start saving now, I dont want to miss another cruise. I will have to keep an eye out for the offical thread.

We should do this route!!! (the loop on the right) I do it every weekend on my bike! http://maps.google.com/maps/ms?ie=U....560142,-92.447205&spn=0.399224,1.325226&z=10
Probably a full day cruise with time for lunch and shenanigans. We usually make a very full afternoon of it on the bikes, but i dont think the average speed would be the same in cars, especially if there are a lot of people. But yeah, I would love to take some other subis on this route, these are literally the most amazing roads anywhere in this area especially around welsh village and hy60 going into wabashaw, really fun on the wisconsin side too! Very windy and twisty, definitely good for "spirited" driving. Once my car is done I will be touring this route to really see how it would be with a group of cars, lmk if anyones interested! PS also plan on getting sideways on this route when it snows this winter!
Hell yeah, we should make that the route for the SEMN cruise then. Sideways is always a good thing in the snow! I know the parts by Welsh a bit from going snowboarding there. A lot of fun can be had in the bluffs around that area too.
That route was close to the LAX route we took today, except we took 60 to 61 south. There are alot more roads around SEMN other than the ones you have highlighted on your map.
