Changed it all over to synthetic by myself with some help from ramps and jackstands. For those of you getting in on the Group Buy, Red Line gets a big thumbs up!

I put Light weight ShockProof in the tranny and Red Line 75w90 gear oil in the rear diff. Only drove it a little tonight, but I aready noticed I can downshift to 1st a lot earlier/easier. Also, grinding during shifts on hard acceleration is eliminated. This is good stuff.

Overall, it took me ~8hours to do. Started at 2 by removing the drain plug. (21mm or 13/16" works) Cleaned it off. It's magnatized so there's a lot of metalic debris on it. Then I jacked up the rear and drained the diff. That was some dirty looking stuff. Glad to get it out of there.
At around 8 I started again, giving ample time for everything to drain out. I put hot water in a cooler and let the new oil float around in it. This kept the oil more free flowing. Filling the rear diff was a PITA even with a flexable funnel. But I got through it, with oil drippind down my arm  .
The tranny filled up pretty nice but "burped" once and spilled a little. I could smell it burning on my downpipe after the test run.

I'm very satisfied with the product and that I did the job myself. Cost me ~$50 to put in a superior product instead of taking it in and paying $100 for God-knows-what generic 75w90 dino oil.

as for the rear diff, a good work around is to wrap the tip in a ziploc back and tighten it tight with a zip tie. then poke a hole in the top. this will allow you to put the tip of the bottle in the diff fill whole and just squeeze. similar to that of a water bottle.
