chrome lug nutsnuts

I just bought new rims and lugs for my wrx. The black rims came in first so discount tires put the chrome lug nuts on till the black ones came in. The lugs were used for 3 days.Comes with 24 lugs with the splined key. Played $30 would like $25

Nope. Just paid for one set. And no they gave them to me.
