Clear Corner Bake Session

Just wanted to see if anyone was game for doing an install day on this. Erik said he was cool with showing people how to do this. Someone else at firestone on friday mentioned they wanted to get in on this also but I can't remember who it was. I can have people over to my house but there isn't much garage room.

Erik, let me know when you are free and we can find a day that works.

We could all go for a cruise after to show off the new corner pieces

 

are you talking about baking the headlights and taking the orange pieces out?? not sure what you mean by "clear corner"

 

I have an 01 RS. They have the orange in the corner lenses which apparently can be removed pretty easily by baking them and then removing the orange section. I'm guessing you have a newer model with the different headlights.

i should be available this sunday, im cool with doing it at my house, i have tools and a heat-gun and whatnot, are you guys game in coming to monticello? ide like to have a get together at my new house! confirm that you'll be there in the next couple of days...hey chris, i can probably have your rims by then also

 

I'm in. I'm gonna grab a set of silverstars and throw those in when my corners are off Let me know a time and I'll be there.

we'll say <font size="3">1pm sunday june 12th</font id="size3"> , directions: take 94 like your going to st cloud, go about 25 miles, take the FIRST monticello exit, at the bottom of the ramp take a right, at the very first light take a left, then you'll come to a 4 way take a right, then take the very first left, then right again, look for a white house on the right with my car in the driveway, if you get lost, call my cell 952 457 8795

I just got off the phone with Erik and there will be a slight change of plan. He is going to be a busy until 3:30 so he asked me to post a change of time for this. So we can either arrive up there around then or leave here around then. Am I still the only one going?

 

Ok so they're clear which rocks the house...but what is everyone using for bulbs that already have them done? I need something that isn't necessarily bluish white but white would be acceptable. The stock color clashes with my silverstars and they don't make silverstars in our corner size } sadly I checked the site and they make them for the srt4 }
