Does anyone know of a bracket that will fit the Cobb AP? I would really like to set it up in my car so I don't have to hold it all the time when I am looking at the gauges and doing the 0-60 tests and what not. I have seen one on a NASIOC thread, but it's just a photo of an add for the AP. Any ideas?
Alright, I can't find an adjustable cell phone holder, checked Verizon, Alltel, Targert, Walmart and Radio Shack. Nothing. Radio shack has a bracket for a cell phone holder, but I would have to attach a nob on the back of my AP in order for it to be held. Something I don't want to do. Any other ideas? No one has seen a place that actually makes something like this designed for the AP?
Go back to Target and look in the automotive section. There's a cell phone holder called Touring Items Type-S. There's a 4-arm holder that fits the AP V2 perfectly... I'll post pics in a minute... edit for pics: If you still can't find one and find yrself in the cities, yr welcome to have ^this one. I don't ever use it.
I got one of those universal satellite radio mounts at Best Buy for 30 bucks. Used a piece of 3M super velcro to hold the gameboy on it.
That cell mount is a bit "ricey" but it works. I have the same one for my cell. It is great for using it for the GPS function. It also slides out of its bracket easily so you don't have that mount hanging off your dash when you don't need it.
I was looking for nascar license plate holders and LED wiper nozzles. Found it via the nasioc thread. It actually holds the AP better than it holds my phone.
