okay, so when the heat is on and not on the recurc setting there is cold air that comes from the center counsel on the passenger side towards the front of the counsel plastic. the cold air comes out in correspondence with the fan speed setting. if I put it to the recurc setting the cold air stops. Also the cold air comes out one of the heat vents when the setting in not on recuirc. I hope someone can help me so I can get this fixed so Beth does not freeze when were in the car.
It seems to be more exsesive then just venting. I can feel the cool air by putting my hand on the front of the passanger seat. I would think that it would not be that strong of a fresh air vent.
May be a blend door or a temp door actuator malfunction. Not cheap, nor too easy if I remember right. Hopefully its not something this complex.
