Here is your chance to do it all, Road Race, AutoCross, Drag and best of all its with the Corvette's. So if you have been pondering about that question of how well you would do against that Monster V8, now is your chance }:)

    Dates are May 21, 22, and 23rd.
    21st:
    -Lapping Practice
-Drags (this was a lot of fun, just picture a stock beetle turbo up against a Z06.)
    -Track Side Party
    22nd
    -Low Speed Event
    -Car Show
    -Track Touring
    -Track side party
    23rd
    -High Speed Event
    -Trophy

Call Mike Miller at 651-633-7845 for detrails.

Just to clarify to everyone interested...
The Low Speed event on Saturday is held on the track, not a parking lot. The course starts right in turn 2 and ends just after turn 8, about 1:08 for a modified well driven Corvette. Coned obstacles (generally a slalom of some kind) are positioned between 2 & 3, 3 & 4 and 6 & 7 to keep speeds down. A C4 Corvette will use 2nd and 3rd gears for the entire run.

If you're just interested in high-speed lapping, the Corvette club also has open lapping 'practice' days on 5/13, 8/4 and 9/15 this year. These cost $150 for the full day. These usually seem to get about 20-30% non-Corvette attendance.
