All of our powder coating services include basic prep work including chemical stripping, media blasting or washing as needed and all thread plugging & taping off of any areas you don’t want coated.

Generally our pricing is based off of standard colors and if you would like multiple colors, candy or metallic colors or would like to add a clear coat you can add on 50% to the price. So if the standard price is $60 the specialty cost would be $90.

We DO NOT disassemble parts. It is your responsibility to disassemble your parts down to the point where it would be ready to go in the oven.

    Available Colors:
We make every effort to have as much variety of colors in stock as possible but due to the huge range of colors and different gloss levels it is impossible for us to have everything. There is a $20 charge to special order a standard color and $25 for a specialty color we do not have in stock. All candy & most metallic colors are two stage powders.

There are over 6,500 total colors available to choose from!

Our current in stock colors include:

Wow, I live less than a mile away from you guys. I wish I would have known you were around... although I do get some joy from spray painting my own wheels every season. I will have to stop by and see this in person. Thanks for posting this up in the forum.

Thank you, and sounds good just let me know whenever!
Haha yea I can imagine redoing your wheels each year is always a good time! Let me know if you have any questions or let me know when you'd like to stop by!
What are you looking to have done? The prices listed are per part unless it says (each), if you are looking to do a valve cover and say some small bolts or brackets etc. in the same color it would be at a much lower price for example. If you'd like an exact quote for what you have in mind just shoot me a PM!

How big is your oven? The site says you can't do full chassis. So how big? Do you do thermal coating as well?

    thanks!

The max we can fit is about 6' tall and about 4' wide. We don't offer thermal coatings just yet but I can refer you to someone who can take care of you now if you're interested!

I was just wondering how much it would be for a set of wheels. $240/set would be hard for me to justify.

We have several different options available depending on what the customer wants and the type of metal. We have Glass Bead, a few different grits of Aluminum Oxide and Steel Grit.

What are you looking to have blasted? We typically use our very fine glass bead for the soft stuff like Magnesium parts etc. We can definitely get/use any media you're looking for I'd just have to order it in!

Do you do JUST blasting? And if so, how big of an object can you do? I have a 69 Datsun Fairlady frame that needs to be ripped down

Yes we do offer just blasting though we cannot fit full frames. We offer chemical stripping for larger items if you don't need to blast off rust etc. We can blast objects up to ~5' long and ~2.5' wide

Ah, yeah, it's about 12' long. And it has some surface rust I'd like gone. I'll just do the angle grinder route I think. I need a project anyway ;)

So which of the colors are "standard" colors?

Also, nice prices on rims! Had mine done for $60/rim, but that was for black only.

Basically any of our colors that are single stage are considered the Standard colors. On our site here http://www.powderkegcoatings.com/powdercoating/colors only the last colors noted with Specialty or 2 Stage are the multiple coat colors. When you come in to decide on colors we can help show you the options based on your budget as far as finding a good match in a single or multiple stage powder.
