Customize Front Bumper

I'm Looking for someone who has experience with a plastic welder I'm Trying to remove the stock pimple of a license plate holder that is on stock wrx. I Know the laws and have made the adjustment to keep a lic plate on the front just in a more subtle way then the ugly stock set up. i would talk to a body shop, easiest way to go about it probably as you will be needing to repaint it anyways
