This might be a double post, so I apologize in advance if I missed it here somewhere. This is shady as hell. http://jalopnik.com/subaru-dealer-holds-brz-hostage-after-facebook-stalking-1795828438
That's an interesting development, but I'm not sure I'd still want to do business with a dealer that had employees going rogue to cyber stalk my social media accounts, all in hopes of getting out of warranty work. Although, I can't say I'm surprised by that behavior.
That service manager needs to be a little more concerned about the less than stellar work his techs are doing. There was a mention in the article that I'm not sure I understood fully about the service manager racing McLarens and Porches...actually driving them (as in owning them) or "racing" against them with the 12 year old Camry he probably owns? I have a hard time believing any McLaren owner is a service manager in a Subaru store. The ONLY reason they are doing the right thing is because they got hit where it hurts...reputation. And...if Natalie had any standards she would tell them to shove their sponsorship. We're all whores, we now know her price.
