Well I finally got the guts to try it today and I think it turned out alright but I got one question. How long did it take for your ghosting to wear off? Mine is only visible at certain angles but I am just curious as to how long this will last and if I should do anything

no, I got all the crap off and there is nothing there. I am just curious as to how long this ghosting will last? I have went over it a few times with wax and it is looking better.

I dont know if this helps but try maguires scratch X . its like $7.99 for a squeeze bottle, I know you dont have any scratches but it may as well blend in the color?? BTW, what is the ghost thingy?

There is a super faint outline of where the letters where on my trunk. If you have debadged your car I presume you know what I am talking about. I have read that it goes away I was just wondering as to how long it took on most of your guys cars

do you mean its a slightly different hue? Thats probably because everything besides those letters have been slightly faded in the sun. Probably even out after the summer.

there is a sweet 04 black debadgd wrx that parks in the ultimate electronics lot in ridgedale.

he has no ghosting, so i suppose it takes less than a year....

Thats because his car isn't old enough to be faded.

I just debadged my 04 WRB car on sunday, took off "subaru" and "impreza" just left the "wrx" on, Looks so much better IMHO, cleaner anyway. no fading here, no time to fade.
