of my car while it is still dirty . Nothing too special. let me know what you think. BTW: I know my car has some rust issues.
I think it looks great! Today me and Zyklon were looking at his car in the parking lot at work. He won the Dirtiest Car in Eye Sight Award. He has you beat too.
not too bad martin most of them are slightly oof watch the shadows and highlights - some are pretty washed out composition is pretty good but watch out for putting lightpoles though the car the hoodscoop one is my fav
Thanks! Now you had better post these pics. You cant win w/o proof Thanks for the constructive criticism as always. I did notice that alot of them are slightly out of focus, which kind of sucks. I attribute it to using auto focus at sunset, a n00b mistake more than likely as well as the light pole. To be honest I didnt even notice the light pole until I got the pics on my computer. Live and learn I guess, I will have to be more aware of what is in the background. I will have to focus more on the shadows/highlights. Are you referring to something like in the last pic how it is very bright and it washes out most of the green in the pic? As long as there is 1 good shot I am happy. I will see if any of the others I have are better/worth posting.
the one with the lightpole is very washed out - the sky is basically white. keep in mind where your light source is - should have shot the car from the other direction on that one.
no real rally driving, just took a pass or two through a big mud puddle. The Hakkas really throw the soft stuff  Ahh I see what you mean. :takes notes: The only tricky part about shooting from the other side is getting a good angle while keeping my shadow out of the picture.
yea that's the problem isn't it lol. dusk is great for pics but it makes it difficult (why I shoot a lot of dusk stuff with the 70-200 f/2.8L so I can stand farther back)
I don't have quite the eye Carl has for photography composition. I just like the car and scenery. You win the Dirtiest Car in Eye Sight Award that I see now.
