short background story: I deliver for Domino's, and here in Duluth there's a scenic railroad that goes up the North Shore of Lake Superior. well, once a day, they run what they call the Pizza Train, where they serve Domino's pizza on the train. Anyway...once a day we have to bring pizzas down there. today was a nice day....so an extremely large order. long story short....61 pizzas in my wagon: each one of those big bags holds 10 large pizzas, there are 6 of them, plus one more in the little bag on the top. still had room for my spare tire, tools, and all my extra parts/fluids
Wagons rock. I was always dumbfounded by the amount of space the original Saab wagonback (not the GM crap) had. I work in catering and they're convinced that only domestics will do for deliveries. Maybe I should print a pic.
thats nice, but i fit 68 16" pizzas from pizza hut when i worked for them. and i drive a 4 door. it was a task to do it but i did cause i was running the store and they wanted it after we were closed so i had to stay and do it all, it kinda sucked. but the $300 tip was worth it.
very nice, but I think that 50 pizzas in a 1G talon is more impressive. Most I ever had in the camry was 30 something
most definately not... didn't get much of a tip. it's a contract thing, so we only get $5. but I managed to talk our manager into giving me double mileage because if I hadn't taken it, it would've required two cars. keep in mind, I was nowhere near capacity. still had easy room for my spare tire, all my tools, and milk crate of spare fluids etc. AND had no obstruction of my rear view mirror. could've easily taken twice that.
