i sometimes feel like i have to, but avoid it at all costs. I will fall asleep and not want to wake up, and when i do wake up i feel like crap the rest of the night.

Taking a Nap in the mid afternoon, pretty much is like drinking coffee before bedtime for me. I just can't sleep at night after a nap. I end up staying up until 3am before I even get tried. And I have to wake up @ 9am for work. Plus it doesn't help that my wife snorts(snoring) like a piglet..Don't tell her I said that...haha

i'm in the vicious cycle of taking a big nap, sometimes starting at 6 pm and going til 10 on the weekends to recharge for a night of fun. But during the week i'm stuck in the cycle of napping everyday and then going to bed late, then getting up early, then needing a nap the next day because of tiredness, that again affects my bedtime that evening and starts it all over again.

    Its never-ending damnit.

Ya, I just don't have time to take a nap during the day. I am up at 4:30 in the morning for work, and don't get home till 5:30 or so. The by time I do all the daily house stuff, it is time to go to bed around 9:30-10pm.

How do you guys find time to take a nap??

My schedule......get up around 5 ish and head into work....work till 7p? and most of the time I head into the radio station right after my day job and work until 11p. Go home and get ready for bed. Whenever I don't go into station I work till 8 go home eat, read the bible and sleep.

I envy you guys which have time to nap!!!!

There will be plenty of time to sleep when I'm dead.

I never take naps. It's a waste of good awake/living time.

I usually just nap in the car on my way to and from work (Cruise control FTW!). Every now and then I'll skip lunch and doze in my car, but that's only if I was up all night at a house fire or something. Otherwise, I rarely nap.

I get about 2 naps in a year. I just don't have the time. Besides, I'd rather burn my eyes out on this forum than NAP!
