watch the part where he has the turbo installed. i don't believe that the frame rate is not sped up at all.
the shifting seems too jerky and quick, I agree that its sped up a bit, I believe that it is fast, just not that fast
if u watch right before the ahahahahah show up at the vid. watch the white doted lines at 54sec and watch them until 58sec AT 58sec u can tell it is speed up alittle by watching how fast the white lines are moving

part of me wants to give him the benefit of the doubt, and say the biggest cause of that is that his right hand is so far to the edge of the fisheye lens's range, that it distorts the movement and makes it look fake. but then I watch it again.....and I change my mind. fake.
i honestly dont think it looks sped up. watching his right hand shift looks normal to me. my GC8 pulled a lot like that too. he has small hand movements that are too natural to be sped up to my eyes. plus the sound of the engine doesnt sound like the its too fast for the RPMs. i believe its legit.

Cant be certain. Shift movements could be the real deal if he was an experienced driver. Not knowing anything about camera angles, I wouldnt know much about how they play in. Seems sped up. that being said - Nice car.
