What in the world? Banning cussing? Thought free speach was a right? Or is our government allowed to take that way. If i had the money i would fly out there with a loud speaker and show my right to swear.
They never said that there is legal actions for swearing. The Gov. can't do anything to you for swearing, but they can glare at you and give you the stink-eye.

the answer is kill idiots, there should be little "test" stations around towns, its free to take the test, its not required either, but if you decide to take the test, and you fail you are killed on the spot by a giant claw hammer.
it's easy mmmkay also, free speech is a right but exercising that right can still bring consequences. If someone is offended by what you've said, they then have the right to fault you for it. Then again, these people really *don't* have anything better to do.
Good morals and values? Get ****ed. What the hell does swearing have to do with morality? They are words. Words created by people. I'd like someone who plays the morality card to show me in their bible where it says "all words that mean "poop or defecate" are evil and immoral...also, any words dealing with the meaty rear end or the act of copulation." Seriously, swear words are only offensive to retards that need something to be offended by. If the S word is so offensive to you, why don't you dig down deep in your tiny, shallow brain and tell me please why it offends you. Be descriptive. Someone please explain to me why words are deemed bad and others aren't? And another thing, you frickin' hypocrites, saying "Gosh Darn" or "Jee Whiz" isn't any better since you are just changing the words so you don't have to say God Damn and Jesus when things go wrong. The meaning behind what you are saying is still the same. And if I was the vengeful God up above, I'd strike your ass down just for thinking that you could get away with saying Gosh Darn. The word Gosh was only created to substitute for God when exclaiming things, and Darn was only created to substitute for Damn when exclaiming things.

Politicians never have anything better to do than pass stupid laws. It's like Congress investigating steroids in baseball. Who cares? It's entertainment! The only good thing about crap like that is that it keeps the politicians from really screwing us over.
