He modded the body panels to fit larger wheels/tires. it also looks like he deleted the stock antenna. if you can read japanese you might gain some more info from this.
More RS25 goodies There are some really amazing cars out there. This one was just in an acident :-( thats why there are the "band-aids". and yes those are actual Rays RS Zeros (17x7.5 +48) w/ 235s on em.

how do you take a picture and make it so the hood is transparent? I know its photoshoped but does anyone know how to do this?
^ you take 2 pics. one with the hood up/off and one closed then fade them in photoshop. make the hood layer transparent.
