I think either would be fine. Oiled filters are ok the problem is that if they are over oiled they are bad for the hot wire on the MAF

the oil helps tehm contain dirt, and dust. i had the issue of over oiling a filter. just stick with the no oil ones. cuase if you mess up with oil your maf is dead. new mafs for my car = 350+

I believe the Blitz filters are primarily stainless steel mesh and they're expensive. They don't filter the best out of all the filters, but they provide very good flow. They may also need to be cleaned more often to prevent dirt particles to make their way through the filter... maybe every oil change.

I have been running my amsoil 2 stage foam filter for a while now and no problems. It does need the oil, but just don't over do it. I think my cost on the amsoil filters is like $30 or so, but I would have to double check. They are also washable/reuseable so I can just wash and oil it and it will be as good as new.
