I'm pretty new to this site, but think it's amazing that there such a great community behind a single model of car. Hell, I couldn't find something like this for my G35...so it had to go.

Anyway, I was in an accident a few nights ago, in which a drunk driver (or drugged...I never found out exactly) rearended a motorcycle that in turn just caught my license plate and part of the bumper surrounding the license plate. Worst part is, I ride bikes (Aprilia Mille) and was more freaked out for the rider than I was for my wrx. Luckily I hit the gas just before the bike hit my car...moreso to protect the rider and partially the backend of my car. Turns out, I just have a little paint scraped off...but, I think it's more than a little touch up paint would fix (two 3 inch by 1/2 inch marks). Because it is just in the license plate ressessed area, I could probably just have that part painted...probably wouldn't be noticeable. If you know of any shops that do a good job but won't charge an arm and a leg...that would be most helpful.

No pics of the damage yet, but seeing as I'm new I'll just post a pic of the relatively stock 02 wagon.

    Again, great forum.

Rider seemed to be ok...after a few minutes of, what I can only imagine, utter shock...oh, and helmets save lives. From my vantage point, it looked pretty bad, and I think if I hadn't moved forward at the last minute, he might have been crushed between the two cars.

    Thanks for the tip!

Yeah, it's hard to decide which to take out...with the new wheels/tires on the WRX, it's an even tougher decision. Although, I'm not gonna lie, the Mille is loud and fast...two things I enjoy thoroughly.

gunmetal. The only problem with them is when I recently took them on a dirt road and let the car loose, i found a few dings in the polished lip. I suppose theres no way to stop that...because there is no way that I'm gonna drive like a wuss just because of my wheels.

Yea, thats why I'm still running stockers, but I've been thinking of subzeros for quite awhile. Just wish I could get a set with tires cheap :p
