    when your goin about 80 or so...whats the average egt? how high is high?

    Cruising at 80 or accelerating under boost? When I'm at cruise my EGTs are around 710C or 720C.

    i got a 04 wrx. uppipe, downpipe, exhaust and a utec. mines at like 1400. almost going over max on my meter. so i was just wondering if that was high. or what is high.

    where did you install the probe?
    i'm running 1450 at 80 mph.

    It all depends on where the probe is mounted. Mine is in the d/p and cruising at 80 im seeing 1000.

    If I were you I would seriously consider relocating your probe. The downpipe is a very poor location for it.
