i ahve read this and heard of other people doing similar swaps. apprently impreza ecus (NA atleast) are very accepting of swaps. i have heard of this going both ways with a 1.8l ecu running a 2.5NA and a 2.5 NA ecu running a 1.8T. i am sure that if you had the correct ecu and wiring it would probably work alittle better. although the 2.5ecu on the 1.8T might be an easy answer to gettign more fuel into the engine.
well..if i do, do this swap..i was thinking of using the 2.5l ecu..and fuel pump and for the ecu...maybe just wiring it so it can perform better..well..goodluck to me.. wagonL
