Hey all, seeing as I got the last engine block heater kit from Subaru today, and yes, I mean the last one for sale at any dealerin MN, yes, I checked all of them.

Long story short, ended up not fitting due to previously someone rounded out the allen hole....

Before I return it I thought I'd post it up in case someone has been scouring for one.

Its brand new, in the package, fits almost everything...

I'm into it for $40 + tax. I'll take $40 for it and chaulk up the difference to gas saved.

These are on back order nationally.

Tonight only, returning tomorrow. I can not meet up tonight, I'm in Roseville.

This is a good deal! I have one on backorder from Subaru and its been on backorder since January. They are still saying there is no estimated ship date.

Install is easy, pop the plug out, coolant will drain out, replace plug with heater, fill back up with coolant.

I'd call it 3 hours with seymt up, install and clean up. If you have an efficient set up and dont need to jack the car up and down you'll save quite a bit of time.

It's straight overall, pretty easy service with the right tools.

Don't useca torx or a star bit, you must use the 14mm Allen...if you don't you round out the Allen part of the plug...gee, no wonder I couldn't install this for someone today...thats exactly what some one did before me...

Get it now and install it over the spring/summer when it's nice out, then it'll be ready for the cold weather.
