The various shipping companies know me by name now.

The headset cup press is a Park Tool HHP-2, while not cheap, it's the right tool for the job. Plus putting Chris Kings in the various frames I play with takes a bit more then my Ace Hardware special. I am a firm believer in using the proper tool for the job!

The STI cluster was around $175 iirc, but I have only actually seen two others being sold on the used market. So I pounced on what ever price it was offered at. Sadly, clusters like this one tend to end up being crushed with the cars they belong to. The only time one pops up is in the leftovers of race car builds, or a better cluster is installed.

good luck with the mini, its a lot easier to get parts for them in japan than in the usa. If you want to start sending over mini parts I have quite a list going already.

This mini isn't for me, it's for another member. My wife and I have an '82 998 already back in the states waiting for us. We also have 2 full cars worth the parts sitting in storage waiting for a house to put them in.

I needed the press for my mini bike, and I had the extra cash lying about, AND didn't know you had extras. Oh well...

and that *is* a Thompson Elite 100mm 10* stem. I pulled off the 70mm 0* as it put me too far back from the front axle, and I couldn't climb worth a crap. As it stands now, I need to get a BETD link to decrease the front rake a bit more, I just have trouble justifying 150mm of rear travel for the mid west. Maybe I will just need to swap out for a shorter fork (fox 32 Van RLC on there now)
