    I need new tires:

    Nexen N3000
    Treadwear: 340
    Traction: AA
    Temp: A

Set of 4 Shipped around $340

    Fierce by GoodYear

    Treadwear: 380 Traction: A Temp: A

    $340-$360 shipped

General exclaim (rated high from Tirerack.com)
    $380 shipped

    Tire size: 225/40/18

Just really looking for summer Tires cheap but still decent I'm looking for ride comfort, and tread life more than anything else. All street no track. After my car is built, I'm planning on getting different wheel and tires all together for track days. Any suggestions appreciated...oh, Shane i know u mean well

I have them, beleive it or not they are pretty good. I have a full year (summer) on them and they still have a good amount (75-80%) of tread. (grip isn't the best for cornering.)

^^Which one do you have? All three?...I'm not looking to corner at high speed...or spirited driving. Just normal everyday driving...AFter yesturday, I doubt I'll be even going speed limit. Summer tire, treadlife, comfort, is more what I'm looking for.

I'm really considering the Generals...because of the rating and price...$85 each.

I have the nexen....for normal everyday driving I love mine....and you can't beat the price. treadlife is great, mine still look new after one year of spirited driving.

Yea...I'm now looking at the Nexen and Generals...both priced very nice and looks like a good amount of treadlife...Where did you purchase your Nexen Scuba?
