Aight I am really new to the whole photo editing world so dont make fun. The program I used is called GIMP it is like photoshop but the best part is it is free. I did this because I was bored and I really like the front end of a evo and I am in love with the ass of a suby lol...Feel free to play around with it if you want or give me some pointers!
http://gimp-win.sourceforge.net/stable.html You have to make sure you download the installer and GTK+ 2 Runtime Environment which is right bellow it. After you have them both downloaded you run the environment one frist then install the installer for for the program. It is a pretty fun program I have only played with it for a few hours but it is fun to start playing with some pictures. Has anyone else used this program?
Or you could install a real OS like Linux . It is included with most distros. (Could not pass up a chance to poke fun at winblows.... sorry)
