hey everyone well i've gotten pointers on how to correctly tune my subaru so now im in the market for a new turbo back exhaust also. can i get opinions on what a good sounding exhaust are for the wrx and sound clips if at all possible thanks!
Go down to Firestone on a Friday night and take a listen in person. Sound clips on the internet don't really do much justice, imho.
I've got cobbs TBE catless and it sounds SOOO mean. A little spendy but cobbs stuff is top notch. http://www.cobbtuning.com/products/?id=2305 That just the catback, no downpipe, but sounds pretty simalar, the just dont have a clip of the TBE The sound clips dont do it any justice
There's a Firestone tire change station in every town, even Duluth. Go down there and eventually Subarus will show up. It's like moths to a flame. :laugh:

I have a catless 3 inch cobb TBE and it sounds so good its unbelievable, and isn't too loud for me. I have a sound clip for it can put up next week when i get my wife's camera back. as was said before, cobb is spendy, but to me it sounds like what the car should sound like. The Invidia/HKS/blitz type exhausts are just too loud for my tastes, but i think they sound cool on cars i dont have to drive.
I am enjoying the Invidia TBE, Its pretty loud, but I got the system with the pre-resonator in it so all the noise is out back. My girlfriend even thinks it sounds good.
I have the greddy evo2 with invidia catless dp. It fit pretty nicely and I am using the stock pipe hangers. it tucks up nice and isnt burning my bumper yet. sounds real mean and rumbly, and not overly loud.
se7enrex has the nvidia 3" turbo back and it sounds amazing. The tip used to seem too big to me, but now that the car is lowered, etc, it seems to flow well.
