Well, summer is over, so it is time for our fall meet. As a club, we have had a GREAT summer. we have had some very good firestone turnouts. We have had good fall fun run turnouts (thanks to Bikerboy). We have had pretty good success with the t-shirts and stickers all summer. We had a good turnout for the hoodies and now is the time to give back a bit. The management would like to buy some dinner for everyone and get a little info in return. We would like to set up some larger events for next summer and we are looking for some feedback on what to do. So please come with a empty stomach and some good ideas. Hoodies (looks up at the birds circling), I will have the hoodies at the meet. I have receive 15pm's last night after I posted the pics. if possible, please make it out to the meet to pick up your hoodie. I have 3 HUGE boxes of them, and I don't want to drag them all around town. I have about 7-8 extra larges and xl's. I still need to go over my list to get exact numbers on the extras. I will not be able to make it as I am headed up north for the weekend. If someone could please keep those of us that can not make it posted after the meet that would be great. Obviously we shouldn't meet at Firestone. I'm guessing we're stuck with either a large restaurant (bar?), a shopping mall or a park.

I'll make it. Suggestion to Russ: maybe you could update the first post to include what exactly will be there (as far as supplies and food go) and so some of us dedicated members could pitch in something to add into this Fall picnic.

Well, we would like to have a couple of BIG meets next summer. So we are looking for some ideas on what/where/when. This club is about the people in it, and it is time that the group as a whole starts to make some plans. We talked about getting into a nice park for a bbq, but alot of the parks in the city need to be reserved, so it is something that we kinda need planned ahead of time. Also the SOA district rep would like to contribute to the group, but we need to let him in on some of our plans. So it is basically that kinda of stuff. Russ
what do you mean by that? the district rep would like to help sponsor us in our events? as in, help us pay to reserve parks or have places for us to hold meet?

Maybe. We might have some free soa stuff to give away at this meet. If we let the rep know ahead of time, he can offer us a place to meet to free parts/service. We are the core group, and we support the dealerships. So it is there way of repaying us for buying all our part locally and not over the internet. First post has been updated with maps and time.
