Feeler- 99 2.5 RS

Well im thinking about selling the RS. I dont know what its worth so im give an overview and you knowledgable guys can clue me in. It will be 100% stock when i sell it but i dont know what I will be doing for wheels on it.

-Previous salvage title
-5 speed
-71,000 miles
-OBP
-slight oil leak. about a quart between oil changes. (coming from passenger side. BP told me to replace the valve cover gasket but that didnt solve the problem)
-No rust
-Rolled fenders
-smoked fender and front blinkers

Also im looking for a 97 or 98 outback sport so if you know of any let me know

what kind of salvage title?

 

it went off the road in a snowstorm and was banged up. I bought it and had it repaired. It is mechanically sound and everything works. The abs light is on because i bumped on of the sensors when i was replacing a stripped stud. No CELs

 

5-6g's? or less?

 

dang. i hoping for more than that. maybe i will just keep it after all.

 

If you're trying to make your money back, I don't think it's possible.

 

im not trying to make my money back. i just need a more practical car than a coupe. I just was hoping there was going to be a little more left over after getting the new car for some mods.

 

so what, are you looking to trade for a wagon or soemthing?

dude, it has a salvage title.....it won't be worth nearly what a clean titled car will sell for.

I think on average that a salvage title car will ususally be valued at around half of a "regular" vehicle.

I'd say keep it and don't expect much if you try to sell it.
